Enjoy the villa view of Florida

The ‘Sunshine State’ is such a great getaway spot that for many people it’s become a home away from home. So why not make it your home when you’re on holiday by renting a villa.
There are many advantages to choosing to stay in a villa while you’re away and few destinations in the world have the number of rental options that Florida offers.
The two most important factors for many people when choosing where to stay on holiday are space and convenience.
With a stay at James Villas in Florida you can get the best of both, rental villas are often built specifically to accommodate large groups and families, so if you’re going away in a group of eight to ten or even if you just want the extra space and home comforts then a villa can’t be beaten.
While nearly any holiday villa will offer lots more space as standard the majority of those in Florida also come with their own pool and what better way to enjoy a State that experiences nearly 300 days of sunshine every year than relaxing by your own pool with the natural sounds of Florida all around you.
A potential downside of renting a villa for some is the distance from key tourist spots like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Fort De Soto park or South Beach, but in Orlando, rental properties abound with some less than ten minutes from the Kissimmee strip which is home to many of the State’s key attractions.
So with a villa you can both be close to the action while having a much higher level of privacy and no risk of maids ignoring the “do not disturb” sign on your door.
Not only will a villa offer greater privacy within the rooms without having to worry about where the rest of your party are at all times (especially for those travelling with children!) but you also won’t have to share the common area with strangers, so no queuing for a machine in the small hotel gym, no getting ‘bombed’ by other people’s kids while you’re trying to swim and no worries about finding a table at dinner.
Florida villas may be your pet – as a good number of villas, unlike hotels, have a pets-allowed policy and will enable your dog/cat/rabbit (delete as necessary) to enjoy the Florida sun rather than have to stay stuck at home. But this is only really feasible if you already live in the US and have a pet of course!
With all those plus points, most people would expect to have to pay more to rent a villa but given the additional capacity, villas often work out cheaper per person than hotels and with private rentals there’s often much more room for negotiating than trying your luck at a fancy hotel lobby.
Another factor to consider is hidden costs like valets and minibars which won’t happen in villas, the bill will end up lower and you’ll end up having a better time so why not make Florida your dream home from home rather than just a dream vacation.
