Elsewhere, there's been flooding at:
Exeter: Vaughan Road. Flooding under the railway bridge and the road has had to be closed
Kingsbridge: Ilbert Road
Shaldon: Ringmore Road
Totnes: Castle Street to Moat Hill
Accidents
There has been a serious accident on the A380, Exeter-bound on Telegraph Hill involving a coach and a number of cars. The road is closed and diversions are in place. Flood warnings and alerts
Five flood warnings remain in force in the region. The Environment Agency also has flood alerts in place for the Rivers Otter, Sid and the Exmouth area, and the South Devon coast at Beesands, Torcross, Slapton, Torbay and Dawlish.
Train services out of Devon have been disrupted due to flooding.
The first band of rain is now moving off through the East of the county. A further band is expected to come in soon from the west into Cornwall.
