TWO IMPORTANT dates are coming up for the Friends of Elizabeth Hall group, as it continues its fight to save the "iconic" Victorian building on Exmouth seafront for community use following East Devon District Council's decision to sell it…

Tonight (Monday 3 September, 7pm), FoEH – which now has 12,000 signatures on its petition to save the hall – will be presenting its business plan to Exmouth Town Council to see if the council will support its tender.

And this Wednesday (5 September, 5.30pm), FoEH will present the 12,000 signature petition to East Devon District Council's Cabinet Council at The Knowle in Sidmouth.

Supporters are welcome to attend both meetings. For the EDDC meeting, supporters are asked to phone Nicky King 01395 276583, or email FriendsofElizabethHall@aol.co.uk or go to the Friends of Elizabeth Hall Facebook page.
