The development will also include a Frankie's Bar and Grill, an Italian restaurant set up between celebrity chef Marco Pierre White and champion jockey Frankie Dettori.
Taking place at the Flybe Training Academy, Clyst Honiton which is next to Exeter International Airport, people looking to work at the hotel can drop in on Monday 3 December between 4pm and 8pm and talk to managers about the full and part-time roles available and the duties involved.
The hotel, which is to open on 1 March 2013, is offering a variety of roles from receptionists, food and beverage staff, chefs at all levels plus a number of management positions.
General Manager Simon Fordham said: "We are really pleased to be able to bring two big-name brands like Hampton by Hilton and Frankies to Exeter.
"It's a hugely exciting time to be opening a new hotel and restaurant in a city that is benefiting from a significant amount of investment. The infrastructure work at Growth Point is going to open up this area for business and leisure and with Exeter International Airport's plans for growth will help bring in more business and tourism.
"We are looking for people who know and love the area to give the hotel and restaurant that special Exeter spirit. We want our staff's personalities to make guest's visits memorable.
"The hotel and restaurant are expected to be a big draw to the area, so if you think you have what it takes to work in a busy environment, pop down and see us on 3 December and show us what you can offer!"
Located next to Exeter International Airport, the 120-bedroom hotel will boast a range of contemporary features including HD television in all bedrooms, walk-in shower rooms, air conditioning and free wi-fi throughout, while the 85-seater Frankies New York Italian will offer a wide range of authentic homemade pizzas, pastas, seafood and steaks.
Close to junction 29 of the M5 motorway the building of this new hotel is the latest in a series of investments that has seen the east of Exeter enjoy a period of significant economic growth.
This includes the opening of the new Flybe training academy and infrastructure work at Growth Point. This has coincided with a rise in passenger numbers at Exeter International Airport.
The recruitment day is taking place on Monday 3 December, between 4pm and 8pm at Flybe Training Academy, Exeter International Airport, Clyst Honiton, Exeter, EX5 2LJ. Candidates are requested to bring an up to date CV if possible.
