It's a shame the staff arn't trained in customer relations, popped in there 8th Dec thurs p.m for a quick tea and bun dark haired girl too busy talking to her friend to bother with me so foreign girl serves me and offers mince pie and tea for £2.20 i say instead of mince pie could i have a scone she says yes, when i come to pay dark haired girl makes a point of saying the scone is dearer and i need to pay extra £00.70p, in a quite aggressive manner, Was it worth it ,how better to say 'Don't worry this time sir' but no just makes what could have been a pleasant experience unfortunate, well no tip left and plenty of other tea shops in Exmouth. The best thing about Sue's Pantry is that you know you're going to get freshly baked cakes to go with your coffee! The comfortable booths are great to sit in if you want to catch up on some girlie gossip and you can look out on to the town centre. In the summer you can sit outside. Service is great, always with a smile, and everything is fresh and tasty.
