  Why should we pay for parking in the winter? It now means even less chance of supporting my local shops and retailers as I now cannot park anywhere in this town. I will go to Budleigh where strangely the council has allocated a whole car park as being free for 12 months of the year. Do the people who make these decisions actually ive in the area? I expect not. Stopping free parking on the seafront area opposite the Grove is stupid....

  People seem to be arriving on the streets of Exmouth who as far as I can tell are not from the local area (accents are a give away) and also give the appearance of perhaps not being able to take care of themselves and maybe need some sort of care also many seem to be living in the  B and B area. Can i ask the un-askable is East Devon Diatrict Council or even DCC using Exmouth as a dumping ground for people other areas dont want.
