Bradley Francis Cropp, 22, of Pinhoe Road, Exeter, admitted harassing a woman by adopting a false identity and sending her text messages. He received a 12-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £85 costs.
Wayne Goldsworthy, 28, of Pinhoe Road, Exeter admitted stealing four bottles of Hugo Boss aftershave, worth £192, from Debenhams on Tuesday, January 25. He received an 18-month conditional discharge.
Stephen Anthony Hooper, 46, of no fixed abode, admitted assaulting a woman in Copplestone on January 19. Sentence adjourned.
Rosemary Caroline Kirkham, 46, of Liverton Close, Exmouth, admitted being drunk and incapable in a public place on January 25 and committing an offence while the subject of a conditional discharge. She was ordered to pay fines and costs of £65.
Rudolph Folkes, 40, of West Lee, Cardiff, was found guilty of using racially aggravated harassment in Tiverton’s Stead & Simpson on July 15, 2008 and failing to answer court bail. Sentence adjourned.
Duncan Robert Netherway, 41, of Wilmington, admitted assaulting a woman in Honiton on December 20. He received a three-year conditional discharge.
Andrew Baker, 23, of no fixed abode, admitted assaulting a woman on December 26 in Exeter and causing criminal damage to a television and two mobile phones. Sentence adjourned.
Mark Frederick George Smith, 26, of Yeovil Night Shelter, admitted assaulting a woman in Sidmouth on June 18 last year, causing criminal damage to a mirror belonging to her and failing to answer bail. He was imprisoned for 22 weeks.
Shaun Russell Harper, 40, of HMP Exeter, admitted taking a Ford Mondeo estate car in Broadclyst without the owner’s consent on December 16 last year, driving it while over the drink-drive limit and committing an offence while the subject of a suspended sentence. He received a two-week prison sentence and an additional suspended prison sentence.
Kenneth Owen Marshall, 51, of Palace Gate, Exeter, admitted assaulting a man on August 10 last year. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of £215.
Ashley Brennan, 18, of the Turk’s Head, Honiton, admitted using threatening words and behaviour on December 2. Sentence adjourned.
David Edward Whiteway, 69, of Bampton, admitted driving a Toyota on the A379 on October 19, 2009, without due care and attention. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of £540.
Paul Elbourn, 22, of Trews Weir Reach, Exeter, admitted driving a Peugeot in Seaton on July 17 while over the drink-drive limit, without insurance and without due care and attention. He was made the subject of a six-month curfew order, disqualified from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay costs of £85.
Michelle George, 51, of Russet Avenue, Exeter, admitted assaulting another woman on August 3 last year. She received a 12-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £100 compensation.
