CONDOMS! If it's not bottles of cheap booze, dog poo and rubbish lying around the streets of Exmouth, it's used condoms. I keep finding them all over the place, in the gutter, on the side streets, on the pavements. I mean, good that people are using them, but please can we dispose of them in a more hygienic manner?
