Devon County Show 2011

Once again the Devon County Show will be held at Westpoint, Exeter on 19th, 20th and 21st May 2011.

Exhibitor vacancies are now full, but a range of high profile sponsorship opportunities exist. Following on from our major success for Exmouth in 2010, with the massive media coverage and over 90,000 people in attendance, there exists a major marketing opportunity for local businesses. This year the theme is Exmouth – come to life and the philosophy is to hinge around the things people come to Exmouth to do; a living exhibition with food, adventure, creativity, music, entertainment, colour and beauty – and a New Year’s Eve fancy dress beach party every afternoon! Visitors will feel that they are on holiday with a relaxed but lively and welcoming atmosphere.
The fancy dress fun will involve exhibitors and visitors, adults and children, including Exmouthians who will be able to take advantage of a special direct bus service to the show, laid on by Stagecoach. The countdown to midday each day will be led by Exmouth’s own Town Crier, and the organisers are promising some surprise guests at the party.

The ‘beach’ will be there again, on a bigger, more accessible and visible site, and the enthusiastic team of business people, entertainers and volunteers are determined to show visitors why Exmouth is the place to be.
