Does anyone else think house prices are on the rise again in Exmouth?

Does anyone else think house prices are on the rise again in Exmouth?

They're on the rise everywhere, surely? Exmouth can't be that far behind.

I think there seems to be some optimism. A house that's smaller than the one we bought in October, just up the road, similar in look and number of bedrooms but much pokier inside, has gone up for £10k more than we bought ours for. I think vendors just need to have the confidence to make a fair but realistic asking price. There's not that much property on the market and so many are saying it's a buyers' market at the moment - surely this will push prices up somewhat?
