Has anyone else in Exmouth town centre had problems with their so-called "gull-proof" green sack? Nine months or so after the sacks were introduced, some of them are looking very tatty indeed and are not keeping out the gulls. It's a meanace with rubbish everywhere, attracting more gulls and rodents. And how is the top flap meant to secure? The velcro is next to useless...
