It's a great opportunity to nosey around neighbours' gardens, meet some new faces and to explore 13 beautiful and diverse private gardens in Lympstone, on the outskirts of Exmouth. You can even take the cycle path to get here!

£4 per adult (bought in advance) or £5 on the day (Lympstone Primary School Garden) gets you entry to the following gardens:

Adams Cottage, Rogues Roost, The Acorns, Orchard Cottage, Brendon, Millcombe, Ellenthorpe, Merrylands, Hope Cottage, Field House, Metherell, 22 Underhill Crescent, and the School Sensory Garden.

Pimms Bar, Devon Cream Teas, Teddy Bears Picnic Plate, Ice Creams, craft stalls, four-legged visitors from The Donkey Sanctuary, The Bat Society, The Bee Society, The RSPB, Quilting, willow work and children's story telling.

The village's own choir 'La La Lympstone', led by Sam Abraham will be singing in a garden and there are some fantastic raffle prizes.

Tickets available from the Lympstone Post Office / Margaret Turgoose on 01395 263525 / margaretturgoose@aol.com.

    Children go free. No dogs.

    Sponsored by Kings Garden Centre...

I'll be propping up the Pimms Bar for the entire event.

Sounds tempting. See you there! Which garden is it in?! If you start to fade, perhaps you can take a donkey ride home. Are there seriously going to be donkeys in someone's garden?
