So did anyone hear about the UFO sighting in Phear Park last week? A man and dog scared stiff by a close encounter of the third kind? Anyone else seen anything like it?!

yeah i saw what some would believe to be an encouter of the third kind on that same night, however this was a tad later and on the maer recreational ground.

i did not see any sort of 'spaceship' or anything like that, although previous to seeing what i saw i heard a strong sonic boom follwed by a high pitched frequency. as described by the person who saw the sighting in phear park, i also saw a ghostly shimmering figure approach me, it seem to come from trees by the cricket feild and strangely glimmer across the maer, it was meserising. i began to wonder where it had come from, so i looked around for a car or anything - i din't know what i was looking for really. then all of a sudden, it vanished, then as soon as it vanished, i suffered a massive mirgrane - one of which i hadn't had for several years now.

Now i know what you're thinking, this fruity bloke is going to tell you all that he was affected by an alien encouter 'men in black style' - but i do not offer an explaination for ANY of ths, and i do not think it was an alien encounter, however do find it very mysterious (hence why i have stumbled across this post in an online search). so if any one can offer an explaination, please do!!

and before anyone says so, it was not car lights, not spot lights from the crcket ground, not the amusement park, not a dog collar with lights. This was like nothing i have ever experienced. but please get in touch with any suggestions, sampotter1@live.co.uk.
