have to say now its winter & the parking charge changes have begun the situation is ludicrous - take the seafront - the seaward side you have to pay - opposite adjacent to the Maer is free. on seafront at Orcombe Point end you pay - car park behind the beach 'pavement' huts is free-as a resident its confusing - goodness know how visitor cope!

Speed Bumps: Funny how a lot of people zig zag down the road to avoid the speed bumps. It can be quite unnerving when someone drives straight at you on the wrong side of the road. It seems to be normal practice now and very dangerous.
