I was most impressed with East of Exe's fresh and professional approach, rapid response to my enquiry, detailed valuation report and extremely helpful and knowlegeable property advice. Decisions not in my control meant that the property in question was marketed elsewhere, but I can recommend them, especially if you feel your property could attract buyers from outside the area who are looking to move to East Devon. East Of Exe seem well set up for this, with a useful "Buyer Locations Guide", including pros and cons of Topsham, Woodbury. Woodbury Salterton, Lympstone, Budleigh Salterton, Clyst St Mary, Clyst St George, Otterton, Exmouth and Exeter. All in all, an independent estate agent with a difference that's well worth checking out.
