Valentines Weekend at The Chronicle Restaurant 2014

Glass of Prosecco


Jerusalem Artichoke Soup with a Horseradish Cream.

Brixham Crab Crème Brulee with Pickled Vegetables and Crostini.

Vulscombe Goats Cheese Pate, Roast Beetroot and a Pomegranate and Walnut Salad.

Roast Crown of Wood Pigeon on a Sage and Onion Rosti and Juniper Jus.


Trio of Fish

Roast Monkfish, Fillet of Red Mullet and Exmouth Mussels in a Tomato and Saffron Broth with Courgette Ribbons and Arancini.

Pot Roast Free Range Chicken Breast, Thigh and Prosciutto Ballotine, Glazed Chestnuts and Savoy Cabbage with Champ and a Tarragon Jus.

Spinach and Ricotta Parcel served on Aubergine Caviar, Charred Peppers

and a Lemon and Rocket Salad.

Garlic and Black Pepper Rib-Eye Steak accompanied by a Blue Cheese Potato Pie, Roast Shallots and Carrots with a Red Wine and Wild Mushroom Sauce.
