Willie and the Bandits, Exmouth Grapevine, Friday 11 January

Willie and the Bandits - a three-piece who have recently supported Deep Purple in France - are appearing at Exmouth's Grapevine on Friday 11 January. The band perform a wide range of musical genres, from folk to world music, blues and rock.

Fronted by slide and lap steel guitarist Willie Edwards, the band also features Matthew Brooks (upright bass) and Andrew Naumann (drums, percussion).

The Exmouth Grapevine show is WATB's first gig of the year. They have also appeared at the Isle of Wight Festival and have supported Eric Bibb, Status Quo and Finley Quaye.
