People seem to be arriving on the streets of Exmouth who as far as I can tell are not from the local area (accents are a give away) and also give the appearance of perhaps not being able to take care of themselves and maybe need some sort of care also many seem to be living in the  B and B area. Can i ask the un-askable is East Devon Diatrict Council or even DCC using Exmouth as a dumping ground for people other areas dont want.

The reason I asked the question is that I used to be involved professionally with reagrds the relocation of people from one are of the country to another involving all kinds from murderers to just the plain nuisance people and so with a professional eye i have watched in the town centre and the people now living here and wondering why ??
I have lived here almost all of my life and through being involved over the years with many aspects of Exmouth i can pick out who is new not always 100% but not bad. there seems to be a number of people who seem to need all kinds of care now walking the street and my worry is that we have been sold out for money from other councils or the government I have seen this before and I just dont want Emouth to descend the depths of other towns I used to have to visit

The question is not un-askable! Residents of Exmouth can ask the question to East Devon District Council, http://tinyurl.com/2fztoh5 and Exmouth Town Council, http://tinyurl.com/2czspwp or go to these websites, find out who your local councillors are, and ask them. It should not be surprising if people visitng Exmouth have other local accents - I can turn on a geordie accent if requested - but it may be that, as in Whitley Bay, local boarding houses and small hotels are used as halfway houses for former delinquents. I meet several every Sunday morning when I go to the local newsagents to buy the Sunday Times (to find out what the enemy are thinking) and they all seem to be 'canny lads' and are not the source of local crime. (This might be because the town centre has a police station.within 100 m.)
