AN INNOVATIVE supper party is coming up this Friday, and everyone’s invited. Transition Town Exmouth's Local Food Pot Luck will be a chance to share and savour supper dishes made using mainly locally sourced food.

“It’s a great opportunity to promote local food, network with people from Transition Town Exmouth and other local Devon groups involved in sustainability ventures and learn about projects being launched this autumn,” says organizer Gill Wyatt.
Pot Luck takes place this Friday (17 September) from 6.30pm to 10.00pm at the Telfer Centre, Exmouth Community College, Gipsy Lane. Admission is £3, which includes free soft drinks.
“The evening will start with a local food potluck, so please bring a dish made from predominantly locally sourced foods (and the recipe) to share,” says Gill. “There is a kitchen available to reheat food if necessary. We'll then have an opportunity to hear about projects that TTE and other local Transition Towns are launching this autumn, leaving plenty of time to network before we finish at 10pm.”
Alcohol is not for sale at the event, although you are welcome to bring a
bottle. For further information about Pot Luck, email Gill: earthsky@tiscali.co.uk or phone 07806 623311, or go to Transition Town Exmouth.
