It's the style that counts...

I've used Hairport six or seven times now. Overall I've been very happy. Lucy is a good stylist and you get what you ask for. They look after you, take your coat, and so on. Occasionally you are offered a cup of tea or coffee. It doesn't always happen but when they do, it is much appreciated. On my most recent visit, Lucy was busy when I arrived, but the owner came out and washed my hair, so I wasn't kept waiting. There was also a nice touch when they took my jumper prior to the wash and cut, and then – to avoid damaging my new style – they suggested I put my jumper back on, ahead of drying and the finishing touches. On a previous visit I wasn't offered mousse, but I was this time round. I'm unclear why this varies. I'll continue to use them, because ultimately it's the style that counts, and I'm pretty happy with them.
