You instantly feel like you're on holiday in Florida or somewhere exotic, and you might just kid yourself in to feeling better before you even have a treatment. I recommend the Lava Shell Massage - it's hot, like a hot stone massage but better! Expect 5* treatment from the therapists, too. This place makes you feel like a celebrity.

South Beach Spa in Woodbury is worth the trip
If you want to really get away from it all, this spa is like something else... you feel like you've come to Miami or some Caribbean island hotel. One thing I can recommend is the SHELLAC nail colours - they literally stay put for two weeks minimum, without any chance of a chip. It's the best option to take you over the Christmas break. It's not actually polish, it's a coating.
