Used to be privately owned (Palmers Ford) and now part of a large group, so possibly some loss of service and personal commitment, but still helpful to me. Paul, Parts, has an encylopaedic knowledge of Ford parts and numbers, and has helped me to track down bits for a very old Ford engine in a an even older Land-Rover. A good local facility that saves a trek into Exeter.
