Britain's Got Talent 2008 Semi Finalists FLAVA have been in Exmouth Community College mentoring 100 Year 9 students.

The members of Flava – Kyle, Becci, Nick, Jen, Jack and Lindsay – they led dance sessions with students, conveying messages about antisocial behaviour and bullying.

The students worked in groups and played threatening or victim roles, and discussed their feelings portrayed through dance. Flava and the students did a final performance in front of their parents.

A spokesman for Exmouth Community College said: "The crowd went wild for the hip hop beat adn break dancing moves!"

Yes, they do look a bit scary - but I think they are fairly typical for this type of dance/performance group.  I am sure the students are used to this sort of thing!

An excellent way to get the message across to young people - I am sure the students would relate to the the group well.
