FIRE crews were called to a fire at a property in East Devon yesterday.
The incident happened around 2.40am in Victoria Road, Exmouth. Two fire crews from the town attended and found a burning wooden staircase at the rear of the property.
No one is believed to have been hurt and the cause of the fire is not yet known.
