I can't sing their praises highly enough. As well as having a loyalty scheme, which is helpful at the moment, with there not being much money in the bank account, they also team up with Corner House for 24-hour emergency cover. The first time I used them was an emergency and it didn't matter that we weren't registered. However since registering, we are on a plan and know when our pets need care at regular intervals. They have four FT vets and one PT, so there's very rarely a wait.
