Exmouth springs into bloom...

I'm sure I'm not the only to appreciate such pleasing and inspiring photo; Wthycombe mill wheel adorned by red & white tulips.
For tulips means " A new beginning" and what an asset to have the wheel action / continuity as a background.
Which brings to mind the following caption by Henry Ford.
"Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success."

I'm sure this is true for Exmouth as it springs into bloom
