Just had a terrifically tasty takeaway from Goa Spice. All five of us had vegetarian dishes and we were delighted by the high quality of the food, the good range on the menu and the attention to detail. Our vegetarian side dishes – sag aloo, tarka dall, bombay potato and mushroom bhaji – were all beautifully cooked and were not over-spiced so you could really taste the ingredients, while our vegetable dansak had an agreeable kick to it. Even the breads – nan, peshwari and paratha – were way above the norm for Exmouth. We were also impressed with the restaurant's politeness over the phone and especially when we picked up the food 20 minutes later. All in all, this is currently the best Indian in the centre of Exmouth. Well worth a try.

ReportGood to have a new Indian in Exmouth, this one's a little bit different. Offering good-quality Indian and Goan food, the dishes are not doused in E numbers and food colouring. The food is lightly spiced, so you can actually taste the individual ingredients. For my money this is currently the best Indian in Exmouth. Pleasant service, too.
