Great value greetings
Has anyone else noticed that greetings cards have become ridiculously expensive in recent years? It is now perfectly possible to shell out £3.99 or even more an item likely to be kept for a week at most, an absurd waste of money in my opinion. So thank goodness for Card Factory in the Magnolia Centre, which offers a decent range of sensibly-priced greetings cards for all occasions. Don't be put off by the tacky party wares displayed outside; there are plenty of tasteful choices in cards and wrapping paper inside alongside the more garish offerings – in fact, I've often found nicer designs in here than cards costing twice as much elsewhere!
