My husband treated me to sailing lessons for a day with Exmouth Day Sailing and I found it to be the best day I've ever had. I'm keen to sail but am not confident on the water and never thought I'd be quite strong enough to sail - but the guys who ran the course were fantastic at building confidence and I came away really enthused and motivated to go back.
