Exmouth RFC 1st XV lost to the Redingensians on Saturday 17th October, in an entertaining, high-scoring match, away at the Berkshire ground. The 34-23 loss, leaves Exmouth way down in 13th place, dropping down from 11th in the National League.
Riding high in third place, this was always going to be a tough game against The Redingensians. Exmouth were certainly fired up and will want to continue that determination, with the next two games against clubs occupying the top five of the league.
Exmouth’s previous match against the Oxford Harlequins had seen the team come away with a valuable point, despite losing 13-16. This due to the club finishing within seven points of The Quins.
Saturday 24th October sees Exmouth RFC 1st XV take on Cleve at home. Exmouth will be going all out for a win to get themselves moving back up the table. Come along to the ground and show your support for the team, every cheer makes a difference!
