Helpful, efficient and good value for money

I've used Care a couple of times and have found them to be helpful, efficient and good value for money. The first problem was our elderly washing machine, which Bob repaired with official parts that I had sourced. It's been as good as gold since the repair and, with luck, will last us for a few more years. The second problem has been our elderly shower, which kept fusing. After examining it and testing it, Bob informed me that the entire unit probably needed replacing – not surprising considering that the shower is more than 26 years old! Care then checked to see if spare parts were available. They called me a few days later to say that no parts could be sourced. A few days further on and Bob called me to recommend the type of shower to look for and he suggested a couple of makes. So this repair is still ongoing, but I will be using Care to fit the new shower once I've purchased it. All in all, a first-rate firm, and I've been very impressed.
